Muscles

It is not only important to build muscles but to maintain it as well. Normally we often think that to do exercise we must build huge muscles. But that is an advance level of fitness. for those not able to build muscles and if they feel it they should not. They should keep doing the exercise.
It has more benefits beyond the muscles.
For example best brain development
physical development
blood circulation
improved digestions and self esteem.
increased flexibility
good hear rate
good mood
